RoleIQ is owned and operated by SwitchiT Network (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a business incorporated under the laws of India and operating the SwitchiT Network platform.
To use RoleIQ you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract under Indian law, and not be barred from using the service under any applicable law. By using RoleIQ you confirm you meet these requirements.
You may sign in to RoleIQ using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. One account is for one person, your CV, matches and results are personal to that account and not for sharing.
RoleIQ helps you find and pursue the right roles. Depending on the feature, it may:
You retain ownership of any CV or document you upload. By using RoleIQ, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the features above. CV and job-description text is transmitted to our AI provider (OpenAI) to perform analysis and generation; it is not used to train third-party models. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
Job listings shown in RoleIQ are aggregated from publicly available company career pages and third-party applicant tracking systems, for your convenience only. We are not the employer or recruiter for any listed role, and we do not guarantee a listing’s accuracy, availability or currency. You apply directly on the employer’s own site.
RoleIQ is free to use. The only paid feature is the optional Voice AI (talking to Iris by voice): every account gets free voice minutes, and if you use them up you can buy more. Everything else, analyses, quizzes, interviews, tests and referrals, is free. Nothing you have already earned (badges, verified results) will ever be taken away.
Verified badges and test results must reflect your own, unaided work. Proctored tests run with your consent (see our Privacy Policy). Attempts that show cheating, including having someone else take a test, pasting AI-generated answers, or defeating proctoring, may be flagged, and any resulting badges or verified statuses may be revoked.
Beat My IQ is a free skill competition. There is no entry fee, no purchase, and no deposit of any kind, ever. To play you sign in with Google and take a timed, proctored IQ test.
Winning. If your score tops the standing leader at the moment you submit, you win ₹50. Your leaderboard score is your first clean attempt. Prizes are paid to the UPI ID you provide, after we verify the run, usually within ten minutes. Runs are graded on our servers and screened for cheating (tab-switching, impossibly fast answers, multiple accounts); flagged or voided runs do not win, and we may withhold or reverse a prize where we reasonably believe the result was not genuine.
Sponsorship. Prizes are funded by RoleIQ and its partners, including SwitchiT Network, YEA India and Findmylawyer.today. RoleIQ's decisions on eligibility, scoring and payouts are final. We may change, pause or end the competition at any time; we will honour verified wins earned before any change.
Eligibility. One person, playing genuinely. Bots, automation and duplicate/throwaway accounts are not allowed and forfeit any prize. You are responsible for the accuracy of your UPI ID.
Records & grievances. We keep the transaction reference for every prize paid. For proof of a payout or any complaint, contact our Grievance Officer, Reeha Singh, at hello@roleiq.in (Attn: Grievance Officer).
Fit scores, ATS warnings, match percentages and generated documents are AI-produced estimates provided “as is” for guidance only. They are not a guarantee of interview selection, employment, or any particular ATS outcome. You are responsible for reviewing any generated document before you use or submit it.
You agree to use RoleIQ only for your own genuine job-seeking, and lawfully. You may not:
RoleIQ, its branding, and all software and content (other than your own uploaded documents and public job data) are owned by SwitchiT Network and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service. No ownership is transferred to you.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwitchiT Network will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost opportunities, arising from your use of RoleIQ. Our total liability for any claim is limited to any amount you paid us for Voice AI in the 3 months before the claim, or ₹100 where you have paid us nothing.
You may stop using RoleIQ at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
