Is it really free?

Yes. CV analyses, quizzes, skill games, AI interviews and referrals are all free. The one paid thing is Voice AI minutes: your first 10 minutes are free, then pay as you go.

How do I reach a hiring team?

You do not chase them. Prove the skills a role demands and you enter the pool for it. When a company wants you, Iris makes the introduction, and your contact stays private until you accept.

What is the proctored test?

A short skill test plus an AI interview. With your consent it watches for tab-switching and pasting, and optionally a few camera snapshots, deleted after 45 days.

Phone or laptop?

Both. Phone tests are camera-verified; the Chrome extension on a laptop adds the strongest verification tier.

What does a recruiter see?

Your proven skills, badges, and test result. Evidence, not claims. Your contact details stay private until you accept.

Can I just apply directly?

Always. The Jobs feed is open. Referrals are the upgrade, not the gate.
